- સિલેબસને સમયસર ન્યાય આપવા માટે લેકચરના સમયમાં વધારો થઈ શકે છે.

NOTE : વિદ્યાર્થીનું નામ અને Mobile નંબર LIVE Video ane Recorded Video દરમિયાન ફરતું રહેશે. એ Remove થઈ શકે એમ નથી. સંસ્થાના video lectures ની સુરક્ષા માટે આ option છે. જેથી કરીને કોર્સની ખરીદી કરીને અભ્યાસ કરતાં વિદ્યાર્થીઓને અન્યાય ના થાય.

- સંસ્થા દ્વારા મોકલવામાં આવેલ Google Form ભરવું ફરજિયાત છે.  Google form માં પાસપોર્ટ સાઇઝનો ફોટો અને ID પ્રૂફ અપલોડ કરવું ફરજિયાત છે. જે ઉમેદવાર આ ફોર્મ નહીં ભરે તો તેમનું એકાઉન્ટ બંધ કરવામાં આવશે. 

- ભરેલી ફી કોઈ પણ સંજોગોમાં પરત કરવામાં આવશે નહિ.

- ભરેલી ફી બીજા વિદ્યાર્થીના અથવા બીજા કોર્સ માટે ટ્રાન્સફર થઈ શકશે નહિ.

- જે બેચ એડમિશન આપવામાં આવશે તેમાં પાછળથી બીજી કોઈ બેચ/કોર્સમાં ટ્રાન્સફર કરી શકાશે નહિ.

- વર્ગના સમય અને શિડ્યુલમાં સંજોગોવશાત ફેરફાર થાય તો તે વિદ્યાર્થીને માન્ય રહશે.

-  સંજોગોવશાત કોઈ ટેક્નિકલ કારણસર તેમાં વિક્ષેપ થાય તો તે અંગે ઉમેદવાર કોઈ વાંધો લઈ શકશે નહિ તથા ફી પરત મેળવવા માટે હક્કદાર નથી.

- આ કોર્ષ ફક્ત લિબર્ટી કેરિઅર એકેડમી એન્ડ્રોઇડ MOBILE માં જ ઉપલબ્ધ છે.આ સિવાય બીજા કોઈ પણ માધ્યમ ઉપર રેકોર્ડીંગ બેચની સુવિધા આપવામાં આવતી નથી. તેથી એન્ડ્રોઇડ યુજરે જ આ બેચમાં જોડાવાનો આગ્રહ રાખવો. આ ઉપરાંત જો કોઈ વિધાર્થી જોડાય છે અને અન્ય માધ્યમની માંગ કરી ફિસ રિફંડ માંગે છે તો ફિસ રિફંડ મડવા પાત્ર નથી.

- જે કોર્સમાં કોચિંગ લેશો અથવા મોક ટેસ્ટ માટે જોડાશો. અથવા ભાગ લીધા બાદ તે કોર્સની પરીક્ષામાં અથવા અન્ય કોઈપણ પરીક્ષામાં સફળ થશો તો સંસ્થાના સફળ ઉમેદવારોની યાદીમાં તમારું નામ, ફોટો અને વિડિઓ પ્રસિદ્ધ કરવામાં આવશે, જે અંગે તમે વાંધો ઉઠાવી શકશો નહિ.

- વિધાર્થીની શેક્ષણિક લાયકાત, ઉમર અને શારીરિક યોગ્યતા અંગેની પાત્રતા(ELIGIBILITY) વિષે ચોકસાઈ કર્યા પછીથી જ કોચિંગમાં પ્રવેશ લેવો.
રેકોર્ડીંગ લેકચરનું ઓડિયો અથવા વિડ્યો ગ્રાફી અથવા કોઈપણ પ્રકારનું રેકોર્ડિંગ ઉપર પ્રતિબંધ છે. ઉલ્લઘન કરનાર ઉમેદવારનું એડમિશન રદ થશે અને કોપીરાઈટ નિયમો અનુસાર કાયદેશરના પગલાં લેવામાં આવશે તેમજ ફી પરત નહિ મળે.

- લિબર્ટી ઓફલાઈન(રૂબરૂ) જે કોઈ વિષયના ફેકલ્ટી હોય, તે જ ફેકલ્ટી ઓનલાઇન કોચિંગમાં ન પણ હોય એ અંગે હું સહમત છું.

- ટેક્નિકલ પ્રોબ્લેમ હશે તો લેક્ચર કેન્સલ પણ કરવામાં આવશે, જે પછીથી બીજા કોઈ દિવસે ગોઠવવામાં આવી શકે છે.

- બેચની માહિતીમાં દર્શાવેલ ફેકલ્ટી કોઈ કારણોસર ઉપલબ્ધ ના હોય તો સંસ્થા દ્વારા બીજી કોઈ ફેકલ્ટી મુકવામાં આવી શકે છે.
વ્યક્તિગત કારણો સર ફેકલ્ટી બદલી આપવામાં આવશે નહિ.

- વિદ્યાર્થી એ એક સાથે વધારે કોર્ષમાં જોડાવું નહિ જે તે સમયે એક જ કોર્ષમાં જોડાવું.

-  ભવિષ્યમાં સરકારની ગાઈડલાઈન / સંસ્થામાં કોરોનાના સંક્રમણ / અનિવાર્ય કારણો સર જો લેકચર લેવાનું બંધ કરવાનું થાય તો ફેકલ્ટી દ્વારા ઘરે બેસીને લાઇવ / રેકોર્ડેડ લેકચર દ્વારા વિદ્યાથીઓને ભણાવામાં આવી શકે છે જે અંગે વિદ્યાર્થીઓ કોઈ વિરોધ કરી શકશે નહિ.

- ઉપરના નિયમોમાં સંજોગોવસાત લિબર્ટીના ફેકલ્ટી મેમ્બરના સ્વાસ્થ અને સુરક્ષાને અનુલક્ષીને જરૂર પડે ત્યાં ફેરફાર થયી શકે છે.
મોકટેસ્ટ ફ્રી છે એટલે કોઈને આપવી ના હોય તો એનું રિફંડ મળશે નહિ અને કોઈ એક્ષામ આપવા માટે ના જઈ શકતું હોય તો ફક્ત પેપર મળશે નહિ, સ્ટુડન્ટ જે એક્ષામ આપવા માટે બેઠા હોય એમને જ પેપર આપવામાં આવશે.

- લિબર્ટી દ્વારા મેસેજથી મોકલાવેલ એડમિશન ફોર્મની તમામ વિગતો પુરી પાડવા માટે ઉમેદવાર બંધાયેલ છે.

- ઉમેદવારે એડમિશન ફોર્મમાં નામ,એડ્રેસ, ફોટો, આઈડી પ્રુફ વગેરે જેવી વિગતો આપવાની
